Complete Cable Containment Solutions
From empty walls to fully routed pathways – designed for compliance, safety, and easy future additions.

GI Perforated Cable Tray
Pre‑galvanised or hot‑dip GI trays, 50–600mm width. Ideal for data centres and structured cabling.

Ladder Cable Tray
Heavy‑duty for power cables, industrial environments, and high fill capacities. Custom rung spacing.

PVC Raceway & Dado Duct
Surface‑mounted PVC raceway, skirting duct, and under‑desk dado – clean office cable management.

Conduit Systems
PVC rigid, MS rigid, and flexible conduits for mechanical protection and fire‑rated runs.

Earthing & Bonding
Bonding of metallic trays and conduits to building ground – safety and EMI compliance.

As‑built Drawings & Labelling
AutoCAD routing diagrams, tray fill calculations, and clear pathway labels.
Why Enterprises Trust Our
Containment Infrastructure
Bad tray layouts cause jams, overheating, and impossible future moves. We design pathways that are clean, accessible, and ready for tomorrow.

Engineered to Code – NEC, IEC 61537, BS EN 50085
Every tray and raceway system meets international standards – no shortcuts.
40% Fill Capacity for Future Expansion
We size trays to leave room for additional cables – no rework later.
Proper Earthing & Bonding
Metallic trays bonded to building ground – safety and EMI reduction.
Fire‑Rated Containment
Plenum‑rated raceways and fire‑stop sealants where required.
As‑built Drawings & Fill Calculations
You receive AutoCAD layouts and tray fill reports.
Pan‑India Deployment
Multi‑site rollouts from a single vendor. Consistent quality everywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about cable containment systems.
What is the difference between perforated tray, ladder tray, and wire mesh tray?+
Perforated GI tray offers good ventilation and is common for data cabling. Ladder tray supports heavy cable loads (power cables) and provides easy access. Wire mesh is lightweight and flexible for rapid routing changes.
Why is earthing of metallic cable trays necessary?+
Earthing (bonding) of metallic trays prevents electric shock hazards, ensures safety during faults, and reduces electromagnetic interference. We bond every tray segment to the building ground system.
What are the standard fill capacity requirements for cable trays?+
As per NEC and IEC standards, cable trays should not exceed 40‑50% fill for data cables and 50‑60% for power cables to allow for future expansion and proper heat dissipation.
How much does cable tray installation cost in India?+
Cost depends on tray type (perforated/ladder/wire mesh), material (GI, aluminium), width, thickness, and installation complexity. Typical prices: ₹400‑₹1,200 per meter supplied and installed. Layerix provides a free site survey and fixed‑price BOQ.
Do you provide fire‑rated containment?+
Yes – we supply and install fire‑rated cable trays and conduits (CMP/plenum rated) for HVAC plenum spaces, as required by building codes.
What brands of cable trays and raceways do you use?+
We work with leading brands: Legrand, Schneider Electric, Titan, and other ISO‑certified manufacturers. We can also supply from any brand you specify.
