200m of 8CX0.75 sq.mm unarmoured copper cable and 80m of 4CX0.75 sq.mm unarmoured copper cable installed in the existing 25mm PVC conduit — the low-voltage control cable backbone for access control hardware securing restricted production and QC areas. Routed separately from Cat6 data runs to avoid EMI coupling between data and control circuits. Both cable types can use 0.75 or 1 sq.mm conductors per site conditions.

20m of 25mm FRLS flexible conduit installed at every dropping place — where the rigid conduit run ends and the cable needs to flex to the wall or ceiling outlet position. Flexible conduit with the same FRLS rating maintains fire safety compliance through the transition from rigid to flexible pathway.
CommScope Cat6 UTP — 1,350m Cable Pull
1,350m of CommScope Cat6 UTP cable pulled through the FRLS PVC conduit network to every outlet position — each run numbered on the cable at both ends with heat-shrink labels before termination. Pulling order planned by zone to avoid cable crossing and unnecessary re-pulling near sensitive lab equipment.
Multi-Core Copper Cable Pulls — 200m + 80m
